Yes, prescription medicines require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. You can mention it in the "Need Prescription?" field when placing your order — just select "Yes, will upload" or "Yes, will send via email." Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, vitamins, and supplements can be ordered without a prescription.

We are located at Basak Mercado, Lapu-Lapu City, and we deliver within Lapu-Lapu City and nearby areas in Metro Cebu. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 hours within Lapu-Lapu City, and same-day delivery for nearby cities. Our pharmacist will confirm the exact delivery time when they call you after you place your order. We operate from Monday 8:00 AM to Saturday 11:00 AM.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when our delivery rider arrives at your doorstep with your order. Please prepare the exact amount if possible. We are working on adding GCash and other online payment options in the future for your convenience.

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of placing it. Simply call or text us at +63 915 199 0115 with your order reference number, and we'll assist you right away. After 30 minutes, your order will have been processed and may already be on the way to you.

Yes! We honor the mandated 20% Senior Citizen discount and 5% PWD discount on all eligible prescription medicines, as required by Philippine law. Please present a valid Senior Citizen ID or PWD ID when our delivery arrives. The discount will be applied to your total before payment.

We do our best to keep all listed products in stock, but availability may change throughout the day. When you place an order, our pharmacist will confirm availability and contact you within 30 minutes during operating hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM). If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know and suggest alternatives if available.
